the spender (0x704c) is an old staking contract from April 2021 that was deployed with a bug and quickly replaced. if you did not stake at that time there are no concerns. thank you.
if anyone attempts to us that contract, keep in mind that the vesting and duration are extremely high so there is no point in trying to abuse it.
